One of the best things you can do daily, besides EFT tapping of course, is to make a gratitude list.
Making the list will improve your mood, cause you to notice on what's good in your life, focus your mind on appreciation, thus noticing more and stimulate the Law of Attraction to bring you more things to make you feel equally good.
Just list 10 things you are grateful for. These can be simple things, like your own bathroom and hangers for your clean clothes (I'm traveling - my list is easy!). It just takes a two minutes (I just tested that and wrote ten things I'm grateful for in 1 minute, 30 seconds).
