Love these sweet, spicy, fresh salads in #Chiang Mai, #Thailand! Would you like fermented crabs in yours ma'am? Thanks, I'll pass.


This delightful salad-maker lets me point to what I like and don't like.  Fermented crabs?  I'll pass.  Tiny dried shrimp? OK.  Little green chilies, the kind that tie your innards in knots?  no thanks
