If I had met the following presenter several
months ago, I would have spared myself a huge
legal challenge that could be practice-ending.
I will say more about my situation and experiences
at the Gathering.
I want to introduce you to a special guest who is
joining us live from Oregon, on the big screen,
by the magic of technology. Her name
is Midge Murphy, and her game is a mouthful:

Midge is first of all, one of us. She is an animal
communicator and an energy practitioner with a PhD

spiritual direction, counseling intuition,

healthcare. Caroline Myss is on the faculty.
Midge is also an attorney. To many of us, legal
terminology and the practice of law feel like a
foreign language and a foreign land.
But the regulations in many states are getting
more constrictive for alternative practitioners.
More and more of us are feeling the chilly finger
of the law singling us out, including me. We need
to know what to do, and what not to do, to protect
our work.
Midge has made her it practice specialty to inform
and assist the rest of us who may be turning a
blind or innocently-ignorant eye to the rules and
regulations that threaten to prevent us from
practicing the energy methods that we love.
She is an excellent speaker, very clear, easy to
listen to. She has very practical suggestions
about what we can do to protect ourselves and make
sure energy methods continue to grow.
If we need to, we can do some tapping together
before or after her presentation so that we can
receive what she has to say.
