Last night in #Bangkok airport I felt grouchy, wanted to eat junk food. Did #EFT #tapping on "I just want to feel grouchy and eat junk" Felt better fast!

EFT is such an amazing tool to get from wanting and needing junk food to fill that empty, painful space inside.
