Yes, I recently saw the movie, We Bought a Zoo - way after it came out. 

Wasn't a great movie - kinda bland - but there was this one moment when the main character, Matt Damon, gives this short inspirational speech. 

He says, "All you need is 20 seconds of courage, 20 seconds of embarrassing bravery," to make a huge difference in your life. 

The single most significant tool I ever learned in my life was Tapping - EFT   But I suppose I made a decision before learning EFT and Tapping.  I decided to take charge of my life.  To take responsibility and to heal my wounds, grow up and be whole and free.
